JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) reportedly secures marketing sales of IDR 1.33 trillion or 73.8% of the total target of this year, which is set to IDR 1.8 trillion.
Tondy Suwanto, Director of Puradelta Lestari, confirmed that the company managed to book industrial land sales of 40.7 hectares (Ha). “The primary contributor of marketing sales is indeed industrial land plot sales,” he added in the press release quoted Monday (17/10).
According to Suwanto, the industrial areas were mostly sold for data centre construction purposes. As of now, there is an ongoing negotiation regarding the demand for a tract of land of 90 Ha, which will be utilised for the automotive industry, household tools manufacture, and other industries.
DMAS is also developing a data-centre industrial zone, which will be equipped with supporting infrastructures. (LK/ZH)
