JAKARTA - Ten issuers recorded a change in ownership on October 14, 2022 when shareholders in six issuers bought more shares, while four reduced their ownership in various issuers.
PT Orion Global Development purchased more shares of PT City Retail Developments (NIRO), so the ownership reached almost 25%. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) shares were bought up by PT Indotambang Perkasa, an investment company, by a significant number of 5 billion shares, which increased the ownership to 23.5%.
Besides the big sales, smaller purchases also emerged in four issuers on this date, starting with individual investor Sendra Gunawan who increased her ownership in PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama (AHAP) by nearly 0.1%, and Masrizal Achad Syarif in PT Phapros Tbk by 0.01%. Meanwhile, PT Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID) bought back 1 million shares of its own company, and PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), a prominent bread manufacturer, reclaimed nearly 60 thousand shares.
In contrast, UOB Kay Hian sold 20 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO). PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala also released more than 10 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha (SMMA), an insurance issuer that is a part of Sinar Mas Group. Furthermore, Ferry Sudjono sold 7 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), and PT Suryaprana Nutrisindo sold around 6.3 million of PT OBM Drilchem Tbk shares. (KD)
