JAKARTA – Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen SA, Poland, is revealed to have sold monopropylene glycol (MPG) I Technical to PT Telesys Indonesia (TI), a subsidiary of PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA).
Quoting the information disclosure today (21/10), the volume of MPG I Technical purchased by TI reportedly reaches 10,175 tons. The transaction took place on August 23, 2022, with the total sale and purchase value of EUR 17,940,665 or approximately IDR 265.48 billion using a buying rate of IDR 14,806 per EUR.
The transaction was conducted under Polish law, with the complete payment due December 23, 2022. (LK/ZH)
