JAKARTA. PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) has reportedly received a loan facility worth USD 10 million from one of its subsidiaries, PT Sahabar Mewah dan Makmur (SMM).
The agreement regarding said facility was signed on October 24, 2022. In the contract, ANJT is said to pay an interest rate of a Term SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) of one month plus a credit adjustment spread, as well as additional 2.25% per annum.
“The utilisation will be focused on funding operational activities and the working capital,” Naga Waskita, Director and Corporate Secretary of ANJT, stated through the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
This loan facility will be available for one year until October 24, 2023. It is also automatically extendable into another year.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, ANJT reported having cash and cash equivalent of USD 26.72 million until June 2022. Its assets and equity were both totalled to USD 641.77 million and USD 430.12 million, respectively. (KR/ZH)
