JAKARTA. PT Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri Tbk (NELY) plans to distribute interim dividend of IDR 5 per share or IDR 11.75 billion in total.
Ria Novriani Putri, Corporate Secretary of NELY, mentioned that said plan aligns with the result of the meeting of the board of directors. “It had also been approved by our Board of Commissioners on October 26, 2022,” she added in the information disclosure earlier today (26/10).
The interim dividend will be channelled to NELY’s shareholders whose names have been registered in the official list by November 7, 2022. Then, the money will be disbursed on November 25, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, NELY recorded a net profit of IDR 75.53 billion at the end of September 30, 2022. On top of this, the company also had unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 282.26 billion and total equity of IDR 543.8 billion.
Until September 30, 2022, approximately 84.884% of NELY’s shareholders were under the control of PT Haskojaya Abadi. Then, another 14.854% belonged to public investors, leaving the small remaining percentage shared among its directors. (KR/ZH)
