Slight slippage on revenue, Puradelta still scored 20.94% profit growth

JAKARTA. As of September 2022, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) managed to supress its costs of revenue by 34.04%, allowing the net profit to soar 20.94% to IDR 767.58 billion despite a decrease in the revenue.

In its financial statement, published in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), DMAS is revealed to have collected operating revenue of IDR 1.25 trillion at the end of Q3 2022. It was 3.84% lower than IDR 1.30 trillion in Q3 2021. However, DMAS successfully cut down its costs of revenue by 34.04% year-on-year (yoy), bringing them down from IDR 567.54 billion to IDR 374.34 billion. As a consequence, this Deltamas developer, managed to bask in 20.94% yoy net profit growth from IDR 634.64 billion to IDR 767.58 billion. Furthermore, the net profit margin was seen arriving at 61.1%, higher than the margin seen in the same period last year of 48.5%.

Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of Puradelta Lestari, mentioned that the industrial segment had been the most extensive contributor to the revenue, covering 82.1% of the total revenue in Q3 2022 or IDR 1.03 trillion. Meanwhile, the commercial segment followed with IDR 176 billion worth of contribution or 14% of the total revenue. Then, residential, hotel, and rental segments each generated 2.6%, 0.6%, and 0.6% of the total revenue.

DMAS’s total assets in September 30, 2022, clocked up to IDR 6.88 trillion, which were IDR 762 billion higher than IDR 6.11 trillion recorded in December 2021 following the increased cash and cash equivalent. On the other hand, the liabilities also reportedly grew IDR 114 billion from IDR 763 billion in December 2022 to IDR 877 billion in Q3 2022. Lastly, its net equity in September 2022 was IDR 6 trillion, or IDR 648 billion higher than IDR 5.35 trillion seen in December 2021. (AM/ZH)
