JAKARTA. PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (HDFA) has just reportedly obtained a credit facility worth IDR 200 billion from PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB).
Rizalsyah Riezky, Director of HDFA, claimed that the credit facility will be split in two phases. Then, the credit ceiling set for each phase of credit channelling is IDR 100 billion.
The credit will be available for withdrawal for 12 months starting from the signing date of the credit facility agreement. Similarly, the instalment period for this credit repayment is set to 12 months after the facility agreement was officially signed.
“The intended utilisation of this credit is a regular credit needed to fund the factoring, and a revolving loan to fund the productive assets,” Riezky explained further in the official disclosure.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, HDFA recorded total assets of IDR 1.34 trillion as of June 2022. Its cash and cash equivalent clocked up to IDR 99.35 billion, while its total equity amounted to IDR 647.35 billion. (KR/ZH)
