JAKARTA – PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) will offer 205,029,000 shares worth IDR 100 each in a rights issue. This plan will be further discussed in the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (1/11), Martha Rebecca, Director of WIFI, confirmed that the entire proceeds of the rights issue will be utilised to boost the working capital. “It will also enhance the liquidity of our shares in the stock exchange,” she added.
In this forthcoming rights issue, the estimated exercised price is IDR 222 per share, meaning that WIFI might collect a total of IDR 45.51 billion of fresh funds at the end of this corporate action.
PT Investasi Sukses Bersama (ISB), the owner of 68.32% of WIFI’s shares, will participate and claim its shares in this rights issue. Both companies are linked through the same shareholder.
WIFI’s issued and paid-up capital is projected to rise from IDR 205.02 billion to IDR 225.53 billion. ISB will control 71.20% of them, followed by the public of 28.50% and Tinawati of 0.30%. In exchange, the stock in portfolio will be depleted from IDR 397.97 billion to IDR 377.46 billion. (LK/ZH)
