JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), a spare part and automotive machine manufacturer, has been granted cash dividend by one of its many subsidiaries, PT Tokyo Radiator Selamat Sempurna (TRSS).
Ang Andri Pribadi, Financial Director of SMSM, mentioned that the cash dividend secured by the company amounted to IDR 2.98 billion. It was much bigger than the amount of cash dividend received by SMSM in 2020 of IDR 1.99 billion.
For the record, TRSS is a company initiated through a collaboration between SMSM and Tokyo Radiator Mfg Co Ltd in 1994. SMSM still controls 33% of TRSS.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, TRSS scored revenue of IDR 143.62 billion as of September 30, 2022. Meanwhile, its net profit in said period reached IDR 18.24 billion in total. (KR/ZH)
