JAKARTA. PT Pinago Utama Tbk (PNGO) revealed its plan to distribute interim dividend of IDR 50 per share or IDR 39.06 billion in total.
Said plan aligns with the result of the meeting of the Board of Directors of PNGO a couple of days ago. “It had been approved by the board of commissioner on November 1, 2022,” Wandy, General Manager of Finance of PNGO, mentioned in the disclosure page in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be given out to PNGO’s investors who have entered the Official Shareholders List by November 15, 2022. It will be actually disbursed on November 29, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, PNGO collected a net profit of IDR 119.98 billion. Meanwhile, the company still kept its retained earnings of IDR 597 billion and total equity of IDR 700.2 billion. (KR/ZH)
