JAKARTA – The current year’s net profit of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON), a property developer, increased 72.75% in the third quarter of 2022, shifting from IDR 800 billion in Q3 2021 to IDR 1.38 trillion at the end of September 2022.
In the Financial Report of Q3 2022 published Wednesday (9/11), Sutandi Purnomodisi, President Director of Pakuwon Jati, confirmed that the company’s revenue grew 18.66% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 3.78 trillion to IDR 4.49 trillion. The increase in its revenue was mainly supported by the income from the shopping centre management segment of IDR 2.21 trillion, followed by the real estate segment of IDR 1.70 trillion and the hotel segment of IDR 576.29 billion.
Its gross profit also reportedly climbed from IDR 1.72 trillion to IDR 2.36 trillion (yoy), as did its profit before tax from IDR 812.68 billion to IDR 1.38 trillion. Lastly, the profit attributable to the parent entity proliferated 65.18% from IDR 721.97 billion to IDR 1.19 trillion. (LK/ZH)
