JAKARTA – PT Link Net Tbk (LINK) is set to channel out cash dividend of the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 531.19 billion on December 2, 2022. Said decision came out of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting that was held yesterday (14/11).
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (17/11), Johannes, Corporate Secretary of LINK, mentioned that the cash dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders who have entered the official list by the recording date on November 24, 2022. The amount of cash dividend is set to IDR 193.05 per share.
The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market will fall on November 22 and 23, 2022, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is set to November 24-25, 2022.
The dividend distribution is decided following the financial data as of December 2021, which listed its net profit attributable to parent entity of IDR 885.31 billion, retained earnings of IDR 4.03 trillion, and total equity of IDR 5.24 trillion. (LK/ZH)
