JAKARTA. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) announces its interim dividend distribution plan, involving IDR 2.63 trillion worth of dividend or IDR 69 per share.
This plan aligns well with the decision made by the directors last week. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on November 18, 2022,” Nurdiana Darus, Corporate Secretary of UNVR, explained in the official announcement.
The interim dividend will be given out to shareholders whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List of UNVR by December 1, 2022. The disbursement is scheduled to take place on December 15, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, UNVR managed to score a net profit of IDR 3.43 trillion as of June 30, 2022. Its retained earnings reached IDR 4.38 trillion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 4.57 trillion.
As of now, approximately 85% of UNVR are under the control of Unilever Indonesia Holding B.V., leaving 15% to its public investors. (KR/ZH)
