JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Graha Lestari Tbk (PGLI), a hotel management company that has been operating for over 20 years, is set to distribute interim dividend of IDR 10 per share or IDR 4.88 billion, collectively.
Said plan aligns well with the decision made by the Board of Directors of PGLI last week. “It then had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 17, 2022,” Linda Sari, Director of PGLI, added.
The interim dividend will be distributed to PGLI’s shareholders who have entered the official list by December 1, 2022. The disbursement of the dividend will take place on December 21, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, PGLI reported a net profit of IDR 18.7 billion as of September 30, 2022. Other than that, the company also kept its retained earnings of IDR 24.58 billion and total equity of IDR 86.15 billion.
As of now, approximately 46.21% of PGLI’s shares belong to PT Alami Lestari Investindo. Then, Jaegopal Hutapea also owns another 27.21% of shares, followed by PT Janisia Investama of 5.52% and public investors of 20.45%. (KR/ZH)
