JAKARTA - PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) secured a new investor from neighboring country DBS Vickers Securities Singapore (Pte) Ltd on Wednesday (November 23). The brokerage firm purchased 74.1 million shares of TECH or the equivalent of 5.9% ownership. However, TECH's controlling shareholder, PT Indosterling Sarana Investa, has sold 38 million shares, making its ownership has fallen 3% to 69.24%.
After that, PT Mega Asta Raya purchased 68 million shares of PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim Tbk (BESS), and PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia acquired 50 million shares of PT Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk (MARI). On a smaller scale, Auric Digital Retail Pte Ltd purchased 6.06 million shares of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF), and PT Mark Capital Indo purchased 2.15 million shares of PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK).
On the other hand, the largest share sale was made by PT Gozco Capital for 330 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB). This figure was followed by 131.44 million PT Capital Financial Indonesia Tbk (CASA) shares, which were sold by its controlling shareholder, PT Capital Strategic Invesco. After that, individual investor Thio Andrianto again sold 15.5 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), while PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala released another 9.27 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).
