JAKARTA. PT Sigma Energy Compressindo Tbk (SICO) announces its upcoming interim dividend distribution of IDR 1 per share or IDR 910 million, cumulatively.
Vita Diani Satiadhi, Director of SICO, claimed that said plan has aligned with the decision made by the board of directors of the company last week. “It then had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 24, 2022,” she added in the information disclosure on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday.
The interim dividend will be given out to SICO’s shareholders whose names have been registered under the Official Shareholders List on December 8, 2022. The actual disbursement will take place on December 20, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, SICO scored a net profit of IDR 8.88 billion as of September 2022. The company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 9.36 billion and total equity of IDR 107.87 billion. (KR/ZH)
