JAKARTA – Asep Sulaeman Subanda increases its stock portion in PT Berkah Beton Sedaya Tbk (BEBS) by 3.92% in the transaction that took place last week (21-29/11). After this transaction, his portion went up to 6.99% from the initial 3.07%.
Hasan Muldhani, President Director of Berkah Beton Sedaya, confirmed that Subanda’s shares now amount to 629,428,851 units, increasing from the previous 276,277,257 shares.
In other words, the purchased shares clocked up to 353,151,594 shares of IDR 3,860 each. Cumulatively, Subanda spent IDR 1.36 trillion in this transaction.
Subanda is known as the President Director of Sumber Energi Alam Mineral (SEAM). In January 2022, Subanda gained wide recognition after entering BEBS as an investor, purchasing 5.3% of shares for IDR 2.17 trillion.
As of October 2022, BEBS’s shares reportedly reached 9 billion units, 35.4% of which was controlled by PT Berkah Global. Public investors shared another 52.71%, followed by PT Berkah Multi Beton of 1.62%, Sugiarti Lucky of 4.98%, Herdis Sudana of 1.11%, PT Cipta Ihya Nusantara of 2.22%, and Suwarso of 1.36%, as well as Shierly Dyanne and Heri Santoso Liem of below 1% each.
