JAKARTA. PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), a palm plantation company under Sungai Budi Group, arranges an interim dividend distribution of IDR 40 per share or IDR 211.07 billion, cumulatively.
Hardy, Corporate Secretary of TBLA, mentioned that said plan will take place in accordance with the result of the decision made by the board of directors a couple of days ago. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 29, 2022,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (1/12).
The interim dividend will be channelled out to those who have entered the Official Shareholders List of TBLA by December 13, 2022. Then, the money will be disbursed on December 21, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, TBLA managed to brought home IDR 571.1 billion of net profit at the end of September 2022. Furthermore, it also recorded retained earnings of IDR 10.5 billion and total equity of IDR 6.8 trillion.
As of now, approximately 28.08% of TBLA’s shares are under the control of PT Sungai Budi. Then, another 27.19% belongs to PT Budi Delta Swakarya, while Santoso Winata claims another 0.04%. Widarto also has 0.04% of the shares, leaving 44.65% other to public investors. (KR/ZH)
