Boasting positive results in 9M 2022, PTPW sets up a new subsidiary

JAKARTA. PT Pratama Widya Tbk (PTPW), a survey and construction consultancy service provider, introduced its newest subsidiary called PT Pratama Beton Nusantara (PBN) in late November 2022.

PBN is established with an authorised capital of IDR 16 billion, while its issued and paid-up capital clocks up to IDR 4 billion.

Approximately 99% of PBN’s shares are under the direct control of PTPW, as revealed by Cyrilus Winatama K., Director of PTPW, in the official disclosure. The remaining 1% belongs to Paulus Kurniawan K., the major shareholder of the company.

PBN is projected to be involved in the industry of cement, lime, gypsum, and asbestos based goods, as well as large trades of construction materials and tools. “The intention behind this subsidiary establishment is to expand our business and increase the sale value of the products and services offered to the user,” Paulus explained.

According to idnfinancials.com data, PTPW posted a net profit of IDR 70.15 billion as of September (9M) 2022. In the same period last year, it only managed to collect IDR 36.03 billion of net profit. Meanwhile, PTPW’s cash and cash equivalent reportedly amounted to IDR 79.68 billion at the end of September 2022. (KR/ZH)
