BYAN's subsidiary to take on excavation in Jetty Muara Pahu Terminal

JAKARTA - PT Fajar Sakti Prima (FSP) will excavate the river in the Jetty Muara Pahu Terminal in Sebelang Village, West Kutai, East Kalimantan, aiming to excavate the sediment of 498,000 m2 in volume. For this project, FSP allocates IDR 33.71 billion.

Based on the information disclosure quoted Friday (2/12), the service provider, PT Nirmala Matranusa (NM), is an affiliate of FSP through their boards of directors. For instance, Low Tuck Kong, President Director of FSP, also acts as the Commissioner of NM, while Jenny Quanteno, Director of FSP, is also listed as the Director of NM.

FSP, a subsidiary of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), is engaged in the coal mining, controlling a concession of 3,775 hectares. The sediment excavation is carried out to support the stevedoring activity. (LK/ZH)
