The GOTO Peopleverse Fund sells 2 billion GOTO shares

JAKARTA - The GOTO Peopleverse Fund (GPF) dominated investor activity on Monday (December 5) by releasing 2,049,463,197 GOTO shares, or approximately 0.17% ownership. GPF is a company based in the Cayman Islands, a British territory in the Caribbean. The company manages the Long-Term Incentive Plan Program by assisting GoTo in granting special share options to deserving employees, former employees, and board members.

Apart from GOTO, the shares of several other issuers were also sold by their shareholders, starting with Romo Nitiyudo Wachjo, an individual investor who now owns 10.67% of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS) after selling 43.26 million shares. PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, as the majority shareholder, also sold another 7.73 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), while PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk released 2.5 million shares of PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk (ALTO). A foreign shareholder, Bintang Bara B.V., sold 5.5 million shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) in the foreign market, while UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. continued to release 4.06 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).

In comparison, there were no significant transactions on the side of adding equity. Individual investor Asep Sulaeman Sabanda purchased 4.91 million shares of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS), while PT Nusa Construction Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) purchased 3 million of its own shares. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) also completed another 1.3 million share buyback mission, while the controller, PT Guna Makmur Raya, added 2.75 million shares of issuer PT Guna Timur Raya Tbk (TRUK). (KD)
