JAKARTA. PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) has successfully repurchased 69.02 million shares since September 2022.

Almanda S. Pohan, Corporate Secretary of DGIK, mentioned that the realised budget for this corporate action has amounted to IDR 7.92 billion. It is slightly higher than the initial allocated budget of IDR 7.88 billion.

“The overage in the budget realisation occurs due to tax and other expenses that had slipped the calculation estimated by the company since the initial buyback period,” Pohan admitted in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (12/12).

According to IDNFinancials data, DGIK managed to collect revenue of IDR 275.47 billion throughout January-September (9M) 2022. The revenue in this period reportedly increased 18.3% compared to the numbers seen in the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy).

DGIK’s new contract procurement in 9M 2022 reportedly clocked up to IDR 814.7 billion. Some of those new contracts involve road infrastructure projects, including the Section 1 of the Solo-Jogja Toll Road, as well as construction of education facilities, hospitals, and regional roads. (KR/ZH)
