JAKARTA – PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) or Mitratel has increased its issued and paid-up capital by approximately IDR 5.43 billion after conducting a Management Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP).
Quoting the information disclosure Thursday (15/12), Hendra Purnama, Director of Investment of Mitratel, confirmed that the issued and paid-up capital of MTEL will shift from 83,515,452,844 shares worth IDR 19,041 billion to 83,539,294,344 shares worth IDR 19,046 billion.
MESOP Phase I Year 2022, conducted through December 1-12, 2022, had exercised options for 23,841,500 shares. The unexercised and available options are reportedly down to 20,958,500 units. (LK/ZH)
