JAKARTA – After officially entering Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (15/12), PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY) talks about its short-term plan of establishing branch offices across the country. It also projects long-term expansion to other Southeast Asian countries, even other continents.

According to Jun Waide, CEO and Founder of Venteny Fortuna International, in 2023, VTNY will open five new branch offices in Indonesia. On top of its focus in Jakarta, the company plans to extend its services to other regions, including Sulawesi. As of now, the company currently manages branch offices in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Lampung.

During the media briefing session today (15/12), when being asked about its long-term plan, Waide projects Venteny’s expansion to other countries in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam and Thailand after considering their market demands and potentials. In the future, it may even expand to other continents, such as Africa, South America, and Europe. “There are so many countries with the demand, but they do not have services like ours,” he confidently adds.

VTNY has just completed its IPO, securing IDR 338.32 billion of fresh funds after issuing approximately 939.77 million shares for IDR 360 each earlier this month. (ZH)
