JAKARTA – PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS) has injected a capital worth IDR 101.5 billion to its subsidiary, PT Retail Kita Indonesia (RKI), to support its business expansion plan.
Quoting the information disclosure today (21/12), KIOS made this investment by acquiring 101,500 shares worth IDR 1 million each, which are equal to 97.59% of RKI’s issued and paid-up capital post-transaction. RKI reportedly issued 7,500 shares from its treasury, as well as offering 94 million units of new shares.
The shareholders also agreed upon the plan to increase RKI’s authorised capital from IDR 10 billion to IDR 200 billion, as well as the raise in RKI’s issued and paid-up capital from IDR 2.5 billion to IDR 104 billion through the additional investment of IDR 101.5 billion or 101,500 shares. (LK/ZH)
