JAKARTA – PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR), a parent company of cement manufacturers, has obtained a syndicate credit facility worth IDR 4.15 trillion.
Vita Mahreyni, Corporate Secretary of Semen Indonesia, claimed that this facility, adopting a sustainability-linked scheme, was signed earlier this week (19/12). “The transaction is expected to boost the company’s financial performance,” she announced in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (22/12).
The syndicate of creditors include PT Bank Negera Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN), PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI), PT DBS Indonesia, PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), and MUFG Bank Ltd, Jakarta. (LK/ZH)
