JAKARTA – PT Timah Karya Persada Properti (TKPP) has been granted an extra capital in the form of a tract of land of 93,740 m2 in Mustikajaya, Bekasi. Said assets will be added into TKPP’s landbank in Bekasi of 176.3 hectares (Ha) in total.
Abdullah Umar, Corporate Secretary of PT Timah TBk (TINS), confirmed that his company has channelled a capital in the form of land to TKPP worth IDR 74.96 billion. “Therefore, the company also gains additional 74,961 units of shares, bringing the total stock portion of TINS to 280,625 units of shares or equivalent to 99.75% of TKPP’s issued and paid-up capital,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (22/12).
TKPP is known to have a claim over a landbank across several locations. They include a tract of land of 2,050 m2 in Cirendeu, South Tangerang, another 1,200 m2 of land in Kelapa Dua, Depok, and a tract of land of 700 m2 in Cirendeu, South Jakarta. (LK/ZH)
