JAKARTA – PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) managed to suppress its loss in Q3 2022 after raising its revenue by 5.08% year-on-year (yoy) and conducting efficiency in cost of revenue.
In the Q3 2022 financial report quoted Friday (23/12), Tedjo Budianto Liman, President Director of KIJA, revealed that the company scored sales and service revenue of IDR 1.73 trillion, shifting from IDR 1.65 trillion in Q3 2021. Its gross profit also increased from IDR 634.65 billion to IDR 864.21 billion.
The increase in gross profit resulted from the efficiency strategies implemented on the cost of revenue, which took up 50.23% of the total revenue. In the same period last year, the cost of revenue spent 61.56% of total revenue. Furthermore, its current year’s loss reportedly shrank 20.76% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 128.45 billion to IDR 101.55 billion.
The increased sales and service revenue were accumulated from all business segments, including prepped land, land and houses, offices and shophouses, apartments, land for factories, dry port, golf, as well as land for villa and tourism. (LK/ZH)
