JAKARTA – PT Modalku Indonesia, the owner of Modalku fintech platform, plans to switch its high-ranking officials this year.

Reynold Irsian Wijaya, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Modalku, announced the intention to change the members of the board of directors during the Editor Gathering session in Jakarta earlier today (17/1). “The proposed names still await approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the regulator,” he added.

The gathering was joined by several of executives of Modalku, including Arthur Adisusanto, Head of Growth of Modalku, and Errik Jaya Tirta, AVP Brand & Marketing Communication of Modalku. However, Iwan Kurniawan, Chief Operation Officer (COO) of Modalku, who has rarely been absent in press conferences, did not join the gathering session.

Kurniawan is issued to be replaced with another executive from the internal scope of Modalku. However, Adisusanto said that the final decision will depend on OJK’s official authorisation. (LK/ZH)
