JAKARTA. PT Sakti Generasi Perdana (SGP) has declared its commitment in exercising its rights in the rights issue held by PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL).

According to the official release, the management of BKSL revealed that the rights portion of SGP reaches 53.01 billion units of shares. They are equal to 52.68% of total shares issued by BKSL in this corporate action. The total value of those shares claimed by SGP clocks up to IDR 2.65 trillion.

SGP is also willing to take over the remaining rights and shares that are unclaimed by other investors. The remaining shares for SGP to take over amount to 47.62 billion units worth IDR 2.38 trillion.

As mentioned in the prospectus, BKSL will offer 100.63 billion units of new shares in said corporate action. Each share has a face value of IDR 50 and will be offered for the same price.

For every 2 units of BKSL’s old shares, which have been officially listed by the recording date, the holder is entitled to one pre-emptive right. Then, each pre-emptive right will grant the holder to gain one new share issued in the rights issue. (KR/ZH)
