JAKARTA – PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) is aiming to secure new contracts worth IDR 1.75 trillion this year.

Based on the press release issued during the Topping-Off of the Fritz Kingland Avenue in Serong yesterday (25/1), Salomo Sihombing, Vice President Director of Totalindo Eka Persada, claimed that said new contract target will be attained by implementing several business initiatives, including branch office reinforcement, business diversification, and participation in Nusantara Capital City through public-private partnership.

In 2022, TOPS collected new contracts worth IDR 1.3 trillion. With this year’s target of IDR 1.75 trillion, TOPS is aiming to score approximately 34.61% growth in its new contract.

More specifically, 20% of the new contracts came from the industrial sector, followed by the mixed-use segment of 13.33%, flat complex (lit. rumah susun/rusun) of 7.01%, and others of 33%. (LK/ZH)
