JAKARTA. PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) has increased the capital of one of its subsidiaries, PT Adi Sarana Logistik (ASL), by IDR 11.2 billion.

The additional capital has brought ASL’s issued and paid-up capital to rise to IDR 176.11 billion from IDR 148.11 billion. Furthermore, its authorised capital also increased to IDR 176.11 billion.

ASL got extra capital not only from ASSA but from two other shareholders, PT Roda Bangun Selaras (RBS) and Top Haze Limited (THL). The total capital disbursed by RBS and THL reportedly reached IDR 59.25 billion and IDR 29.62 billion.

“ASL needs extra capital in conducting its business, which is expected to provide positive contribution to the parent entity,” Jerry Fancy Tunjungan, Corporate Secretary of ASSA, mentioned in the official disclosure.

After the capital raise, ASSA’s portion in ASL is maintained at 40%. RBS and THL’s portions are also stable at 40% and 20%. (KR/ZH)
