JAKARTA. PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) will issue Shelf-Registration Bonds II Phase IV Year 2023 with a principal value of IDR 784.72 billion.

Said bonds are a part of a more extensive public offering program of Shelf-Registration Bonds II of SMMA with a total target of IDR 5 trillion. Prior to this, the company had issued phase I bonds of IDR 705.5 billion, phase II bonds of IDR 1.85 trillion, and phase III bonds of IDR 1.66 trillion.

The coupon offered for Bonds Phase IV is 10.50% per annum, which will be paid every three months for the next 10 years.

In the official statement received by IDNFinancials, SMMA plans to utilise approximately IDR 350 billion of the proceeds of the bonds issuance as a working capital credit for PT AB Sinarmas Multifinance. Another IDR 360 billion will also be channelled to PT Sinar Mas Multifinance as working capital credit, leaving the remaining portion to enhance its own working capital.

The public offering of these bonds is set to February 28 to March 2, 2023, followed by the electronic distribution on March 7, 2023, before finally being listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on March 8, 2023.

SMMA has assigned PT Aldiracita Sekuritas as the underwriter for this bonds issuance, while appointing PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) as the trustee. (KR/ZH)
