JAKARTA – PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk (OMRE) arrived at the first position in the Top Gainers list during yesterday’s (7/3) transaction in the stock exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, the first spot on Top Losers list is secured by PT Mitra Tirta Buwana Tbk (SOUL).

Based on the data from Indonesia Stock Exchange compiled by IDNFinancials today (8/3), OMRE recorded the stock price of IDR 740 per share, IDR 145 higher than IDR 595 per share seen on Monday (6/3).

The trading volume reached 325,300 units of shares, recorded within 294 transactions and boasting a total transaction value of IDR 232.47 million. The shares recorded higher foreign sell, clocking at 83,100 shares, compared to foreign buy amidst the increasing stock price nearing the closing bell.

Until January 2023, First Pacific Capital Group was listed as the owner of 43.99% of shares of the total issued and paid-up capital of 2.94 billion units, followed by PT Manning Development of 38.55% and public investors of 17.46%.

On the contrary, SOUL lost the most, recording stock price of IDR 30 per share on March 7, 2023. It declined from IDR 33 per share on Monday (6/3). The trading volume was recorded at 9.76 million shares, totalling to IDR 308.98 million of value gained within 607 transactions.

SOUL’s shares amounted to 757.5 million until January 2023, 22.52% of which is owned by Putri Hertiastuti, followed by Sri Lestari of 7.5%, Djoko Sriyono of 6.57%, Nindya Ayu Oktavia of 6.57%, and the public of 24.94%. (LK/ZH)
