JAKARTA – Utama Gondokusumo spent IDR 26.14 billion on 1.48% of PT Intiland Development Tbk’s (DILD) share in a transaction taking place last week (28/3).

Theresia Rustandi, Corporate Secretary of Intiland Development, confirmed that Utama Gondokusumo had purchased 153.77 million shares for IDR 170 each. Through this transaction, he freshly acquires 1.48% of the shares.

Utama Gondokusumo has become the Vice President Director of DILD since 2018. He is in his second term, following the decision made during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on July 15, 2020.

On the same day, Sinarto Dharmawan, President Commissioner of DILD, reportedly divested 1.48% of his shares for IDR 170 each, thus bringing his portion down to 65.90 million shares from the initial 219.68 million shares, or equal to 2.12% of total issued and paid-up capital of DILD.

Sinarto Dharmawan has taken the office as the President Commissioner of DILD since July 15, 2020. Initially, he was the VP Director of DILD.

Until February 2023, Intiland’s shares clocked up to 10.36 billion units. They were divided among CGS CIMB Securities of 15.02%, PT Bina Yatra Sentosa of 11.97%, Bali Private Villa (S) Pte of 7.48%, PT CSG CIMB Sekuritas of 13.49%, Lo Kheng Hong of 6.28%, and public investors of 45.76%. (LK/ZH)
