JAKARTA – PT Inti Anugerah Pratama (IAP) raises its stock portion worth IDR 79.59 billion in PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) in a transaction taking place last week (29/3).

Ratih Safitri, Corporate Secretary of Lippo Karawaci, confirmed that IAP secured 564.52 million of the company’s shares, equal to 0.8%, with a transaction value of IDR 141 per share. Its portion rises to 18.16 billion shares or 25.62% of its entire issued and paid-up capital from the initial 24.82% or 17.59 billion units.

Until February 2023, LPKR’s total shares clocked up to 78.89 billion units. IAP controlled 24.82% of the shares, followed by Sierra Inc of 15.88%, PT Primantara Utama of 10.4%, the public of 48.87%, and treasury shares of 0.03%. (LK/ZH)
