JAKARTA - On Tuesday, April 4, foreign investors sold 650.23 million shares of GOTO. The lower number of purchases reduced the net volume of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares to approximately -408.21 million shares. This figure is even lower than the daily net foreign volume of -392.98 million shares, which was reported after foreign investors purchased 1.37 billion shares and sold 1.76 billion.

Following GOTO, foreigners sold nearly 130 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk, with a net volume of around -55.30 million. They also sold 51.81 million shares of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, with a net volume of -37.76 million shares. Furthermore, with net volumes of around -15 million, foreign buyers have released 29.65 million shares of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk and 24.95 million shares of PT Haloni Jane Tbk.

On the other hand, the highest net volume this time was achieved by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk with 30.75 million, which was immediately followed by PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk, with 29.01 million. Foreign investors reportedly purchased 38.06 million MEDC shares and 30.51 million NSSS shares. The biggest foreign spending was actually on the purchase of 48.60 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), but the net volume was only around 25 million shares. Two other issuers recorded a net volume of under 20 million shares, namely PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) with 18.51 million and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) with 17.36 million, which resulted from the purchase of 44.78 million shares of BUKA and 40.60 million shares of BBRI by foreign investors.
