JAKARTA – After the stagnation in sales and decrease in profit, PT Boga Mulia Raya Tbk (KEJU), the manufacturer of Prochiz products, will still allocate 95.9% of its net profit in 2022 as cash dividend.

As informed via IDNFinancials today (12/4), KEJU’s net profit in 2022 dropped to IDR 117.4 billion. However, according to the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of KEJU, the company will insist on distributing dividend of IDR 75 per share.

The weakened performance of KEJU humbled down the company in facing 2023. “We only aim to score single-digit growth in 2023,” Peter Wiradjaja, Director of KEJU, mentioned during the 2023 Public Expose of KEJU earlier today (12/4).

“We have allocated IDR 20 billion of capital expenditure (capex) in 2023, which will be mainly utilised for production increase,” Wiradjaja added. Specifically, said production increase involves machine upgrade and warehouse improvement. (ZH)
