JAKARTA - Two partners of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMFI) are known to have withdrawn their lawsuit for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU/bankruptcy) at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court, last week (13).

Rian Fajar Isnaeni, VP Corporate Secretary & Legal GMFI conveyed the PKPU applicants to the companies, namely, PT Tigo Agra Gemilang (TAG) and PT Berkah Altama (BA).

"In the hearing held on (29/3), TAG has conveyed the revocation of the PKPU GMI application in Perkata No.86/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023 PN Niaga Jkt.Pst," he said in an information disclosure quoted Monday (17/4) .

The Panel of Judges has determined the Withdrawal of the PKPU Application in accordance with the stipulation of the decision submitted by letter dated (13/4). In addition, the company has also been notified that BA has submitted the revocation of the PKPU application for case No.108/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst dated (13/4). (LK/LM)
