JAKARTA - PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) seeks extra fresh funds of IDR 396 billion via private placement scheduled next week on May 5, 2023.

Kurniawan Budiman, Corporate Secretary of BIPI, revealed that the shares that will be issued are 3 billion units of series A shares, offered for IDR 132 each. "The entirety of the newly issued shares will be taken over by PT Indotambang Perkasa," he said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (27/4).

After this corporate action, the issued and paid-up capital of BIPI will be worth IDR 60.91 billion, comprising 57.26 billion units of series A shares and 3.65 billion of series B shares. As of now, its issued and paid-up capital clocks up to 57.91 billion shares, comprising 54.26 billion of series A and 3.65 billion of series B shares.

The number of BIPI's shares until March 2023 amounts to 57.91 billion units, 25.25% of which belong to PT Indotambang Perkasa, leaving the majority of them, 74.75%, to the public. (LK/
