JAKARTA – The performance of PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA), an alcoholic beverage manufacturer, slightly weakened in Q1 2023 from the same period in 2022.

The Financial Report of Q1 2023 quoted today (2/5) showed that the revenue reached IDR 196.45 billion, slipping off from IDR 198.82 billion in Q1 2022.

The domestic sales brought in IDR 209.45 billion of revenue, whereas export’s revenue was recorded at IDR 538.15 billion. It had yet to include the cost of sales of IDR 13.54 billion. Then, for comparison, in Q1 2022, domestic sales were at IDR 215.05 billion, while export sales clocked up to IDR 305.85 billion, minus the costs of sales of IDR 16.54 billion.

The gross profit was seen arriving at IDR 132.39 billion in Q1 2023, shifting from IDR 140.84 billion in the same period last year. The current year’s net profit also followed the trend, declining from IDR 61.59 billion to IDR 58.85 billion.

In Q1 2021, this beer manufacturer recorded revenue of IDR 175.18 billion, while the gross and net profit reached IDR 121.57 billion and IDR 56.64 billion. The revenue from domestic sales was only IDR 189.53 billion, whereas export sales reached IDR 66.52 billion, yet the cost of sales of IDR 14.40 billion. (LK/ZH)
