JAKARTA. PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk (TCID), a cosmetic and cleaning agent manufacturer and distributor, announces the divided distribution plan of IDR 18.09 billion that will be taken out of the net profit gained in 2022.

Alia Risyamaya Dewi, Corporate Secretary of TCID, mentioned that said plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last Tuesday (9/5). In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 99.93% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

TCID has set the recording date for this dividend distribution to May 23, followed by the cash dividend disbursement on May 30, 2023. Each share will have the right to receive cash dividend of IDR 90.

According to IDNFinancials data, TCID recorded net profit of IDR 18.11 billion in the fiscal year 2022. At the end of the year, the company recorded retained earnings of IDR 1.55 trillion and total equity of IDR 1.85 trillion.

Until March 31, 2023, Mandom Corporation, Japan, controls 65.23% of TCID’s shares. Then, PT Asia Jaya Paramita claims another 11.37%, PT Asia Paramita Indah 1.62%, Lie Harjono 0.13%, Hirokazu Kagami 0.01%, and public investors 21.64%. (KR/ZH)
