JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 23.16 billion from its net profit gained in 2022. The dividend shrinks 45% compared to the fiscal year 2021’s of IDR 42.78 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (12/5), Syailendra Ogan, Director of Finance, Human Capital, and Risk Management of WEGE, revealed that the shareholders agreed upon the dividend allocation of 10% from the 2022 net profit.

On top of this, IDR 23.16 billion of the 2022 net profit will be allocated to mandatory reserves, leaving the remaining 80% or IDR 183.72 billion as general reserves.

In 2022, this issuer had paid out the cash dividend of IDR 4.47 per share, taken out of its 2021 net profit. The dividend allocation was made after obtaining a net profit of IDR 213.88 billion, retained earnings of IDR 741.80 billion, and total equity of IDR 2.38 trillion. (LK/ZH)
