JAKARTA – The cash dividend of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) continues to skyrocket within the past three years. The plastic packaging manufacturer is generously sharing dividends as its profit steadily rises.

The data by IDNFinancials quoted today (9/6) shows that IMPC will channel out IDR 162.80 billion of dividend, or IDR 33 per share, to its shareholders on June 26. This amount soars 50% higher than the cash dividend of IDR 106.33 billion or IDR 22 per share allocated from the net profit in 2021. In 2020, the issuer allocates dividend of IDR 77.36 billion or IDR 16 per share to its rightful investors.

The dividend growth from 2020 to 2022 cannot be separated from its consistent profit growth. In 2020, IMPC recorded net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 125.06 billion, shifting up to IDR 210.03 billion in 2021 before reaching IDR 307.41 billion in 2022.

Until April 2023, IMPC’s shares were reported at 4.93 billion shares, 43.91% of which belonged to PT Tunggal Jaya, followed by PT Harimas Tunggal of 43.85%, and the public of 12.24%. (LK/ZH)
