JAKARTA - PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) secures four spots as constituents in four categories of Indeks TEMPO-IDNFinancials 52: Main Index, High Dividend, High Growth, and Big Market Cap.

The Indeks TEMPO-IDNFinancials 52, popularly known as Indeks52, is curated after selecting public issuers using several criteria. These criteria include market capitalisation and stock liquidity, indicated through frequency and volume of traded shares, as well as the number of investors and minimum free float of 7.5%.

With market cap of IDR 277 trillion—the fourth highest out of all constituents of Indeks52—ASII records average dividend yield ratio of 3.11% in the past five years (2017-2021). ASII’s liquidity is also decent, recording the volume of traded shares of 32.16 million units within 3,702 transactions last Friday (23/6). ASII’s stock price was closed at IDR 6,775 per share in last week’s closing session.

ASII’s performance sees stable positive trend. Debuting on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 1990, CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of ASII’s revenue for the past five years also arrives at 3.17% in average.

Until the end of Q1 2023, ASII’s revenue was seen increasing to IDR 83 trillion from IDR 71.87 trillion in the same quarter last year. The profit also shifted from IDR 9.27 trillion to IDR 11.59 trillion at the end of March 2023. (ZH)
