JAKARTA. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) gives written sanctions III and fines worth IDR 150 million to 49 issuers that have yet to deliver their Q1 2023 financial reports.

Adi Pratomo Aryanto, Division of Company Appraisal I of IDX, said that the deadline for Q1 2023 financial report submission was July 3, 2023. This regulation is stated in the Decision Letter of the Board of Directors of IDX in 2023, regarding the revocation of the relaxation of financial report submission deadline.

“They are sent written warnings III and are fined IDR 150 million,” the IDX explained in its official statement.

However, until said deadline, there are 49 issuers that have not turned in their Q1 2023 financial reports, whereas the total issuers that have handed over their Q1 2023 financial reports reportedly reached 770 companies.

As of now, there have been 976 publicly listed companies on IDX, 155 of which are yet mandated to post their financial reports. (KR/ZH)
