JAKARTA – Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened strongly at today’s opening bell on Tuesday (22/8). Until 10 AM WIB, IHSG had passed over 6,900.

According to the transaction history in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the index opened strongly at 6,871.06, following the positive trend seen yesterday’s (22/8) at 6,866.033. The trend is sustained, recording 6,909.29 at 10.15 AM WIB.

The optimistic shift of JCI was then reflected in other indexes, including LQ45 that rose 1.06% to 963.844, IDX30 that shifted 1.09% to 499.810, and IDX80 that grew 0.89% to 133.055.

Several issuers that were seen increasing, as well, include PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (ADES), PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM), PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN), PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI).

On the contrary, some of the stocks were found in the red zone, including PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST), PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF), PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII), PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC), and PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA).
