JAKARTA - PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER) sets up interim dividend distribution of IDR 115.03 billion. This interim dividend disbursement had been approved by the Board of Commissioners of SGER yesterday (23/8).

Willy Thomas, President Director of SGER, mentioned that the dividend is equal to IDR 28 per share. It will be channelled to investors registered in the Official List of Shareholders by September 23, 2023.

The dividend allocation is made referring to its H1 2023 financial record, in which the net profit reached IDR 611.65 billion, retained earnings clocked up to IDR 1.37 trillion, and total equity were worth IDR 1.66 trillion. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to September 4-5, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on September 6-7.

On July 7, SGER disbursed cash dividend from its 2022 net profit of IDR 152.30 billion or IDR 37.07 per share. The dividend allocation is made referring to its net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 605.66 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 760.52 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.01 trillion.
