Chandra Asri Petrochemical eyes IDR 1 trillion in bonds’ issuance
JAKARTA. PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA), a petrochemical provider, will issue Shelf-Registration Bonds IV Phase III Year 2023 with a total principal of IDR 1 trillion.
These bonds are a part of a Public Offering Program of Shelf-Registration Bonds IV, targeting total raised funds of IDR 8 trillion. Prior to this, the company had issued the first and second phase bonds with a total principal of IDR 3.25 trillion.
In this upcoming issuance, TPIA will offer bonds in three series. Series A bonds are offered for IDR 361,48 billion, series B for IDR 534.76 billion, and series C of IDR 103.76 billion.
The coupon offered for these three series of bonds ranges from 7% to 8% per annum, with a varying tenor from 3 to 7 years.
The bonds will be offered from September 18 to 22, 2023, followed by the electronic distribution on September 27. The listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will then take place on September 29, 2023.
Several assigned underwriters for this upcoming bonds’ issuance include PT BCA Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas. Meanwhile, the trustee is revealed to be PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN). (KR/ZH)
