JAKARTA - On Monday, September 18, foreign investor share transactions remained stable, with net foreign shares in the range of -45.78 million shares. The foreign purchases totaled 2.09 billion shares, with total foreign share sales being 2.13 billion.

The shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO) were bought up the most, with a foreign purchase value of 609.58 million shares and a net foreign volume of 385.70 million shares. Meanwhile, PT Smartfren Telcom Tbk (FREN) was back in top position on the top sale list, with foreign investors selling more than 200 million shares and net foreign volume at -134.20 million shares.

The e-commerce business PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) had the second-greatest foreign acquisition, with foreign investors purchasing 151.18 million shares with a net volume of 76.74 million shares. Following that, the healthcare business PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk (CARE) set a net volume of 10.79 million shares after 14.77 million shares were purchased. The top buy list was then closed by two companies in the energy and mining sectors with a foreign purchase value of around 65 million shares, namely PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) with a net volume of 28.49 million and PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) with a higher net volume of 52.70 million shares.

Meanwhile, the top sell list then proceeded with the sale of about 40 million shares in two MNC Group subsidiaries namely the financial services company PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) and the energy company PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk (IATA). BCAP's net volume is at -41.91 million shares, while IATA's is at -39.45 million. Foreign investors also sold 76.64 million shares of the oil and gas business PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), for a net volume of -67.37 million shares. Finally, Pertamina's subsidiary in the geothermal energy industry, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO), has a net volume of -34.60 million after foreign investors sold 80.57 million shares.
